How we found our E8500 DD-WRT router. Because of some of the work that we do in the really real world we tend to work with non-profit accounts which shall remain unnamed for their security as well as our own. If channels are not allowed in some regions, then Linksys has to abide by those rules. You might try OpenWRT or DDWRT if they have anything ready. When i picked up my E8350 it was under the assumption and advertised that it was MU-MIMO ready and would be updated in the future, so we all bought one. I see the EA8500 is basically the same router but it is fully MU-MIMO capable. Now that this tech is availabe, why havent we received our promised firmware upgrade.
